wheres a good spot to run it right now i got an 8 awg wire running to a single amp
but i am installing the pkd1 amp kit by kicker and a seccond alpine amp

also i wanna know how to connect the remorte lines and the signal lines
just buy y splitters? and splice the remote lines together?

If I plug an iPod in using a USB cable, will the display show the song and/or artist of what I’m playing? This is sort of important to me. I know it has the auxiliary jack, and I’m pretty sure it has the USB jack too. Anyone know?

hi, my 6 cd changer is at the wrong time and i cant seem to find how to access the clock, any ideas, it’s driving me nuts, i know i have to add 3h45mns to the time displayed to the correct time [hatchet]

I have a 2005 Focus with a single CD player & there is a CD stuck in there. I removed the plastic around the CD/AC with a screwdriver & removed the 4 screws holding the CD in but when I pull out the player I can’t pop the face plate off.

I can hear the CD rattling around in there so I assume once I pop off the face plate it should drop out.

It looks like there are two tabs on both the top & bottom but there are also two gold screws on either side of the face plate. Can anyone tell me what tool I can use to get these screws out & what size screws they are?

I am trying to put my focus back to stock I have an issue I bought a Factory deck that came out of the exact same car as mine 2002 Ford Focus SVT. Here is my issue some one put in an aftermarket deck and it operates just fine but when I go put the factory deck in it, it will not power up for me and I know it worked in the other car what could be the issue here?

k so a while back i saw a ‘how to’ about hooking up a wire to the back of a 05-7 headunit to run a mp3 device off of the aux button on the front…could anyone point me in the direction of this thread or tell me how to do it, i couldnt find it, thanks

ok my bday is comin up [cheers](aug 17)[cheers] and i want a in-dash dvd for my car… im lookin to have ppl spend no more then 300. i know you get what u paid for and all of that. but not everything 700 is worth 700 ie new i phone… so has anybody tried a dvd around 300?

and which would be better a flip up or single din screen?

i know that a 2 din will make me work for the install… and il prefer a single din

Any suggestions for sub upgrade using the stock SVT amp and enclosure?

I can’t stand the "meep, meep" sound of the stock horn on the Focus. It’s embarassing…. Any suggestions on where i can pick up a not too loud, not too quiet aftermarket horn?
